Pat corbett is a retiree who lives on and is part owner of a small ranching operation along the San Pedro River in the Cascabel area.
She started studying painting with Ron Fritts three years ago. Pat had some instruction in the 1990s and had painted off and on until she was widowed in 2001 when the increased work responsibilities on the ranch caused her to stop painting until her retirement from full time ranch work.
After her semi-retirement, she was able to take advantage of the opportunity for serious study of painting offered by Cochise College. She now divides her time between ranching and painting with painting becoming more and more central to her life.
